In June of this year(2016), I came into The Sun Medical Center for a yearly check-up provided by my company. I was assisted by a Mr. Kim Taesub during the process as he very accurately and quickly translated the more difficult Korean I didn''t quite understand. He also went well above and beyond his required job duties and made me feel very welcomed while making the dreaded experience of a check-up quite enjoyable and fun.

I honestly hate hospitals but Sun Medical Center was a superb quality hospital that felt more like a 5 star hotel. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Service was quick and I felt I got the time and attention I needed for each step. Again Mr. Kim Taesub with me nearly the whole time which made me feel special and not like I was just another customer.

I would very highly recommend this hospital to anyone who desires that special human touch that makes any hospital experience better.
Sun Medical should also invest more into people like Mr. Kim Taesub. Its hard enough living in another country with only minimal language skills, let alone spending time in a hospital, but people like Mr. Kim make for a great experience.

I hope I never need the use of a hospital, but if I do, I know where I will go.
